If you have forgotten your password, enter your user name in the form below and click 'Next'. A new password will then be emailed to you, which you can change.

Password reset is currently delayed between 6pm and 10pm.

Forgotten your username?
Your user name was emailed to you when you registered for Online Services. If you cannot find the original email, email Council and include the email address you registered with, your name, and the company name if relevant. Your user name will be emailed to your registered email, during business hours, Monday to Friday 8.30 am - 5 pm.
